When you send a gift to another person, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the recipient’s name, phone number, and address solely for processing and delivering the order.
3. Payment Information
Electronic payments are processed by authorised payment service providers using the methods available at checkout. We do not store complete bank-card details on our servers. We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status and a reference number.
3A. Manual Payment Verification Data
If you choose InstaPay, we collect the transfer reference number and transfer receipt, plus—optionally—the phone number, account, or InstaPay address used to send the payment. If you choose Electronic Wallets, we collect the sender phone number and transfer receipt. We use this information only to match the transfer with your order, prevent fraud, handle payment enquiries, and meet accounting requirements. Receipt files accept JPG, PNG, or PDF formats up to 5 MB, are stored in a protected location, and are accessible only to authorised store administrators. They are retained only for the period reasonably required for transaction verification, dispute handling, and applicable legal or accounting obligations, then securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
