These Terms govern the use of the Beta3 ElWard website and the purchase of flowers, plants, gifts, and related services. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Store
Beta3 ElWard sells natural flowers, plants, arrangements, gifts, and related products in the delivery areas shown on the website, including Cairo and the North Coast where available. Availability, prices, and delivery times may differ by market.
2. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order becomes accepted after we confirm it and, where applicable, confirm payment and product availability. We may contact you to verify information or propose an alternative before acceptance.
3. Product Availability and Natural Variations
Flowers and plants are natural and seasonal. Minor differences in colour, size, openness, or arrangement are not defects. If a specific flower, colour, vase, wrapping, or accessory is unavailable, we may use a similar item of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style. We will contact you where a substitution would materially change the order.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise. The price applicable to the selected delivery market appears at checkout. Delivery charges and any other applicable amounts are shown before order confirmation. Payment is processed through the methods available at checkout.
5. Customer and Recipient Information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, recipient, and order information. You confirm that you are authorised to provide the recipient’s details for fulfilment and delivery. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
6. Delivery
Delivery dates and time windows are estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed. Delays may occur because of traffic, weather, security restrictions, seasonal demand, or events beyond reasonable control. The recipient may be contacted to complete delivery without disclosing gift details where practical.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the address or phone number is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, or the recipient refuses the order without a product defect, additional delivery fees may apply. Redelivery depends on product condition and operational availability.
8. Changes and Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Cancellation may be unavailable after preparation begins, special materials are reserved, a personalised item is produced, or the order leaves for delivery. Any approved refund is handled under the Return & Refund Policy.
9. Complaints, Returns, and Refunds
Please inspect the order upon delivery and report a substantial defect, damage, missing paid item, or incorrect product within two hours, with the order number and clear photographs. Eligibility and remedies are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Website Use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe intellectual-property rights. Website content, branding, photographs, and designs may not be reused without permission.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility is limited to the affected order and the remedies available under these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory right under Egyptian consumer-protection law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are subject to the competent Egyptian authorities and courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
